Øvre Elnes vei 42

Øvre Elnes Vei 42 er tegnet av arkitekt Finn Leborg og sto ferdig i 1967. Huset er i stor grad uforandret fra denne tiden. Et fremragende eksempel på 60-tallets funksjonalisme. Flatt tak, store vinduer, åpenhet, solide tre fasader og tegl. Huset ligger på en unik tomt med utsikt til Oslofjorden og fra stuen kan man oppleve både soloppgang og solnedgang. Det går en trapp ned til havet.

The residence at Øvre Elnes vei 42 was designed by the architect Finn Leborg and was completed in 1967. The building is more or less unchanged since then and can be considered a good example of the International style in Norway in the 1960s. Flat roof, large windows, open plan, solid brick and wood exteriors. Situated on a unique site with views toward the Oslo Fjord, both sunrise and sunset are experienced from the living areas. A stair leads down to the fjord.
